Suginishiki Koshu 2006
A deep, slightly sweet sake that has acquired the taste and aroma of pure honey through 14 years of maturation. A true delight, alone or as a side dish with dishes with a deep taste. Slow-brew yamahai starter, unfiltered undiluted. Only made once, extremely limited.
A perfectly balanced ginjo sake, made from Omachi and Yamadanishiki rice. Unpasteurized, unfiltered and undiluted. Four years matured in the cooling. Full, lightly sweet rice flavour, which is easy to combine with fish, vegetables and meat.
