Complete gift consisting of twelve portrait postcards of Dutch authors, loosely inserted as published in the original envelope (complete).

The print run of the Boekenweekgeschenk was relatively small and due to the loose cards and vulnerable envelope, only few have been preserved. Het Geschenk 1934 is combined with the gift’s precursor by J. Tersteeg. The publisher and his company are by far the most rare and sought-after Boekenweekgeschenk.
