Hubinon, Victor (als Victor Hughes) - Originele pagina - Rik Junior - (1946/1947)

Victor Hubinon (1924-1979) is best known for his realistically drawn series such as Tiger Joe, Roodbaard and of course Buck Danny. But at the beginning of his career, in 1946/47, he also drew humorous comics. One of these is Rick Junior, a gag comic that appeared in Robbedoes/Spirou and Aventures Illustrées-Bimbo.

This lot concerns an original page for gag R.036. The page consists of two parts and is in good condition. The paper is discoloured, the top half is missing the upper right and left corners and there are a few small tears. Both parts have been stapled together at the top, outside the image.
