Silver tea strainer with beautiful Dutch scenes of a mill, a cow and a pig in the meadow, a boat on water and a milkmaid on the handle.
The strainer has all hallmarks:
- Stamp maker GS = J. & J.C. Seton (Gebr. Seton)
- Lion2 (1814-1953)
- Minerva with city mark M for Schoonhoven.
- Year letter V for 1930
Dimensions 13 cm. x 7.5 cm.
Weight 34 grams
It has a small dent in the centre of the strainer, otherwise it is in a good condition.
It seems to have a repaired spot on the back. I'm not sure about this, but in my opinion this is the joint between handle and stem. It does not run through to the front and it is straight and firm. See attached photo for personal impression.
Will be packaged well and with care prior to shipment within the Netherlands by letter post with tracking number.
Registered/insured shipping abroad.
