Cristal is certainly Roederer's most famous wine and this 2008 blend certainly does justice to its fame. Elaborated only in the "great vintages", when the maturity of the chardonnay (about 45%) and the pinot noir (55%) that compose it is perfect, it ages in the cellar for 6 years and rests 8 months after disgorgement.
