Paul (Pol) Louis Carel Dom, 1885-1978. He was a Belgium citizen but from 1909 he worked in The Netherlands, he was a member of Pulchri and his work is to be found in The Gemeentemuseum Den Haag and other Dutch institutions. His name Pol instead of Paulus is normal for somebody in Belgium named Paul or Paulus. This print is a spectacular 'still' of a nightclub scene where only the woman seems to notice the artist. Even in a modern interior this print will look amazing.
