Signed with initials JP just visible in the bottom left corner.
The drawing is confirmed with certainty to be by Johannes Huibert Prins.

Artist Name: Johannes Huibert Prins ( Hague 1757-1806 Utrecht )
Follower of Herman Saftleven (1609-1685), Member of the Board of Confreriekamer Pictura, in 1785 ◦ Hague ,Teacher of Hendrik Jan van Amerom. He died in 1806 in Utrecht by drowning (Cfr Scheen 1981)
