Joseph Gillain a.k.a JIJE, portrait of Spirou drawn in Indian ink wash, with white gouache highlights, circa 1977. Support size: 36 x 28 cm. Illustration size: 29 x 26 cm. A very rare representation of the Spirou character by Jijé, reproduced on page 55 of the book ‘Quand Gillain raconte Jijé’ by François Deneyer, as well as for a flyer announcing the publication of this reference book published by Dupuis in 2014.
