Daniel Therasse was born in Montreuil-sous-Bois (Great Paris) in 1955.
Fascinated by painting and poetry, he is drawn to the districts of Saint Germain-des-Prés, Montmartre and Montparnasse. Thérasse declines his vocation towards impressionists, expressionist painting and fauvism, and he becomes the painter of poetic figuration.
He obtained numerous national awards, as well as gold medals, the medal of the Conséil Général de Seine et Marne and the Asamblée Nationale prize, among others.
He exhibits in galleries and salons in France and major European capitals, as well as in fairs at international level.
