Vellum in excellent condition: two perfectly preserved red wax notary stamps. Silver “postmark” affixed to the parchment with a blue stamp. Value of 1 pound and 15 shillings.

Manuscript on parchment. Lease of an agricultural property with attached houses, fields and equipment, in the County of Brecon (Welsh: Aberhonddu), an ancient market town and community in the south of County Powys in central Wales. It is the county town of the historic county of Brecknockshire. Brecon is the third largest city in Powys County.

The document is folded in four, with some shadows on the back, otherwise perfectly preserved and completely legible, intact seals.
