It relates to the Lease for Possession of Water Corn Mill with the appurtenances called Mearclough Bottom Mill situate in Skircoat in the Parish of Halifax.
The consideration for the sum of 5 shillings.
The indenture is in good condition with just light creases to the folds and patchy brown blemishes.
The manuscript is clear and legible throughout.
The indenture comes with one detailed red wax seal and one blue tax stamp.
