In the film The Living Daylights (1987), James Bond listens to a Philips DC954 car radio modified by Q to receive police scanner frequencies.
The MCC Power Philips DC954 car radio was produced by Philips Germany and was a first-class car radio at the time. The DC954 features an auto-reverse cassette player (cassette unfortunately defective), digital tuner, MCC (microcomputer electronics to automatically re-tune to the best channel frequency), 5-digit Philips security code protection, preset buttons, traffic information, Dolby, mono/stereo, loudness button.
This radio produces very nice sound.
