Bibi Graetz's Testamatta Bianco is a white wine produced in the Vincigliata area in the province of Florence with Ansonica grapes through the best selection of the Isola del Giglio vineyard.
Testamatta Bianco grapes are harvested from the second week of September. Following a careful selection of the bunches and a soft crushing and destemming, alcoholic fermentation takes place in French oak barriques, a precious wood for white Burgundy wines. The wine ages for 6 months in barriques and 6 months in bottle
Bibi Graetz's Testamatta Bianco is very pale straw yellow with golden reflections. The nose is very intense dominated by notes of tropical fruits and peach that blend with light floral and herbaceous hints. On the palate it is fresh and elegant with a marked minerality.
It is a wine suitable to be consumed with fish, vegetables and soft cheeses given by the freshness of the Ansonica. The recommended serving temperature is 10 ° -12 ° C.
