Up for auction is this very rare and large french Mascaron.
I bought it about 20 years ago in France and I was told that it originated from a bridge in Paris who was demolished.
The mascaron is stunning and incredibly expressive.
Size about 45 cm in height, 35 cm width 22 cm depth.
Age: estimated 19th.
Condition: good antique with the original patina on it.
It is a rare piece of french architectural history!
Very heavy about 35 kg.
ATTENTION due to its heavy weight it cannot be shipped by post (postal limit weight is 30 kg) with good isolation the parcel would weight about 38 kg !
Local pick-up in Geneva only by the buyer, or you can organize yourself the pick-up by a freight company at your expenses. You can also check for an affordable private transport by some car pooling parcel services as cocolis for France for example.
We can package the item for this purpose.
