This is the first commercial tape recorder Philips released in 1953.
It is a 5-tube device with the layout - EF40, EF42, EL41, EM34, AZ41
It is a mono device with one speed 9.5 cm and with reels up to 13 cm max.
This device still plays, but needs revision, the main strap has already been replaced, rewinding is okay, forwarding is not possible because the drive wheel has become rigid after 67 years,
some capacitors and parts need to be replaced to improve the sound, so it is a project, but the real enthusiasts will certainly know how to handle this.
The reels, the original cord, an original connection on the back and the original microphone are included, though this does not have a connection plug.
Dimensions: 40 x 51 x 20 cm
