Fountain mascaron carved in Roman Travertine.
Classic mascaron of the Italian tradition in the shape of the muzzle of a lion.
Equipped with a hole to drain water.
It was kept in a garden for many years, unused for its main purpose (i.e. decoration of a fountain) and therefore very antiqued due to age.
Please note some plastering in the mane done over time.
Dimensions: 50x35x20 cm, weight 30 kg.
