Rare and refined netsuke depicting 2 carp presented in bamboo leaves. This sort of presentation was typical during the new year celebrations.
Beautiful quality carving with shibayama inserts for the eyes in mother-of-pearl.
Himotoshi is obtained between the bamboo leaves, where you can see the signature.
In very good overall condition.
