Offered is a very nice military officers compass, made in 1915 by E. Koehn Geneva Switzerland and provided with the accompanying leather case designed by French & Sons Ltd. dated 1916 in London England.

It might be proprety of Thomas Steele VC (6 February 1891 – 11 July 1978) CHeck him on Wikipedia!
This brass compass is still in fully operating condition. If you look through the lens, you will see a pretty clear degree scale (see detail photo).
Condition: the compass is in a very nice and undamaged condition.
The leather case is in special beautiful and supple condition.
