The rare grey Amethyst from Uruguay is a type of grey quartz that seduces with its deep tones and its characteristic sparkles of the crystals.
It is formed in igneous environment (spectacular examples of crystallization) and within fractures in metamorphic rocks.
This specimen grows in length, and around the back a handmade iron structure was built to hold it without altering the shapes.
