Fine vintage Omega women's watch from the end of 1948, serial number 11.5xx.xxx-. The steel case measures about 21 mm without the crown. This crown is completely original, as is the rest of the watch. The dial is white/beige with gold printed letters and gold hands. The beautiful and clean movement is a calibre 241 by Omega. This movement runs well for a watch from 1948. The edge in which the plexiglass is placed has two stylish holders through which the 6 mm leather strap is attached. This is suited for a wrist of up to at least 18 mm. It has a small buckle.
The whole is in very neat condition. Especially given the age. Please do take a very good look at the many photos. The clock comes in an absolutely rare and perhaps even valuable original Omega box by Van Kempen, Begeer & Vos made of old leather and upholstered with velvet. This box is slightly damaged though, see photos.
In short, a very collectible vintage women's watch by the top brand Omega in a very fine and nearly unique Omega box.
Naturally, everything will be shipped well-packaged and by registered and insured post.
